Service Object

Widytidy provides cleaning, disinfection, and comprehensive maintenance services for industrial facilities and corporate buildings. The specific scope of each service is defined in the annual contract signed between the parties.

Tasks not detailed in the technical appendix of the contract, such as structural repairs or management of hazardous waste not covered by local regulations, are not included.

Client Responsibilities

The client must guarantee safe access to the areas to be serviced, provide basic supplies (water, electricity), and notify of any pre-existing risk conditions.

• Report restricted areas or those with sensitive materials.
• Designate a contact person to coordinate routines.
• Not interfere with Widytidy personnel during service execution.

Limitation of Liability

Widytidy is not responsible for damages arising from conditions not reported by the client, such as defective electrical installations or structures in poor condition. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service in the affected period.

In the event of loss of valuables not declared in writing before the service, Widytidy is exempt from all liability.

Exclusions

• Damages caused by fortuitous events or force majeure.
• Improper use of the facilities by the client after cleaning.
• Claims submitted after 48 business hours following service completion.

Term and Termination

The contract has a minimum duration of twelve months, automatically renewable for equal periods if neither party notifies its intention not to renew at least 60 days in advance.

Widytidy may terminate the contract immediately if the client fails to pay for more than 30 consecutive days or if safety conditions that put personnel at risk are detected.

The client may request early termination by paying 30% of the remaining balance of the annual contract.

Modifications to Terms

Widytidy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. If the client does not express disagreement within that period, they will be considered accepted.

Modifications will not affect already signed contracts, unless expressly agreed by both parties.
